The form confirms parent or guardian acknowledgment, documents any safety or medical considerations, and grants permission for digital media usage for marketing and/or social media use as applicable.

Volunteers must be 18 or older and provide relevant health and emergency contact information; some roles may require background checks. You will also be asked to sign any necessary waivers, confidentiality, and media‑release forms and to adhere to Aromananda’s code of conduct and safety guidelines.
